Summer is officially half over and back to school ads have already begun. Church bazaars, fairs and farmers markets are in full swing so it is time to support your local communities. Camping, going to the beach and exploring new areas in our country and abroad is the fun activity this summer. Barbecues and hanging out with our friends at their homes or on their patios and decks is all the rage at this time of the year. Many people will be on the road to visit family and friends so we ask everyone to have patience while driving and make sure your gas tank is always close to full as their is a lot of construction going on locally and on our highways. Please continue to wear your seat belts and be on your Bluetooth when driving. Our grass cutters have been in overdrive to keep up with the growth of our lawns due to all of our rain activity. Our days are getting shorter at this time of the year so savor every minute you can be outside. Take your dog for a walk early in the morning or after the sun goes down and remember to give them fresh water daily and reward them with a treat or two. Please do not leave your animals in your vehicles unattended as the temperature will rise very rapidly and this will affect your dog or cat. Motorcycles, bikers, Recreational vehicles and 4 wheelers are out on the roads so please give them the space they need to navigate to get to their destinations. It's a great time to fill your bird feeders and watch all the different birds in your yards. We want everyone to be safe this summer if you are walking, driving your vehicle or on a bike or motorcycle. Wear your sunscreen when you are boating or on a jet ski or sunbathing at the beach. Remember to hydrate with lots of water and enjoy every day!

On May 1st, 2025, I started my 37th year as a State Farm Insurance Agent.
